What personal data do you collect?

  • Photos taken by our photographers during the marathon
  • Bib numbers shown in those photos
  • Selfies you voluntarily upload for face-matching
  • Purchase information (e.g., name, email, payment details)
  • Cookie data (only with your consent)

How do you use my photos or data?

  • To identify and match your race photos based on bib number or selfie
  • To generate personal photo albums
  • To allow you to purchase individual photos or albums
  • To improve our face/bib recognition technology
  • To send you purchased files and order updates

Do you allow browsing photos without inputting a bib number or selfie?

No. To respect participant privacy, our system only shows photos after you either:

  • Enter your bib number
  • Upload a selfie to find yourself

What happens to the selfie I upload?

The selfie is temporarily used to detect your face in marathon photos. It is not saved permanently unless required to complete your purchase. It is deleted automatically after processing.

How long do you store my photos?

We retain photos for a maximum of 1 year after the marathon unless you request removal sooner.

Can I request photo or data deletion?

Yes. You can request full deletion of:

  • Your photos
  • Your order details
  • Your face scan data (if selfie uploaded)
