Our privacy policy can be found here – in a nutshell, we don’t sell your data, we use cookies for statistics and to provide the service, we may display ads, and we may use a mailing list.
Our Terms of Use, which includes information on how you can use the images you bought, as well as our return policy, is here – again, in a very nutshell, you can use the images for personal use, upload to social media, etc., while you cannot, for example, sell them, use them as logos, or use them in AI projects. We do not accept returns if you have downloaded the photos, sorry – we hope the watermarked preview is enough to make the right decision.
The license under which you upload photos to RunPix is also part of the terms and conditions, look again here – in a nutshell, you grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license in exchange for a discount to your runner or runner friend. We may also pay commissions on some runs (clearly marked).

Our funding
We are proud to have received funding from European Union funding scheme: Fundusze Europejskie dla Polski Wschodniej and Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu for a project titled RunPixie: crowdsourcing zdjęć na imprezach sportowych z AI (valued at 706 500 PLN, with a financing provided in the amount of 516 517 PN) , and allowing us to (a) further develop our advanced AI algorithm, (b) improve our server infrastructure, (c) develop our frontend and an app, (d) develop our product strategy, sales and marketing. Our targeted groups include runners at mass sport events in Poland and abroad. Our goal is to make sport event photography more affordable, more accurate, and more accessible. We will have created an app allowing bystanders uploading their photos of race runners, a fast algorithm recognizing runners, and a frontend store allowing runners to buy photo albums with their pictures in them.
We are also proud to have Tadeusz Chełkowski, the co-founder of Patronite.pl, as our investor.
